The owner, Angela, embarked on this project after her retirement, and she has truly mastered the art of hosting. Her love for people shines through in every detail of this glamping experience. The 33-square-meter cabin is designed for ultimate comfort, ensuring a cozy night’s stay.
Exclusive and Cozy Accommodations
What sets Casa do Espigueiro apart is the exclusivity. The cabin accommodates two people, with an extra bed available on request, meaning you’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Best of all, you get exclusive access to a private pool with breathtaking views. Despite its comfortable features, the accommodation is also affordable, making it an excellent value for a romantic and private getaway.
A delicious breakfast is included, and you can also request lunch and dinner at an additional cost. A year later, I still think about the incredible dinners we had at Casa do Espigueiro. Served in the main house, the meals were a delightful mix of great food, superb wine, and a perfect soundtrack—dining while listening and singing along to Queen was unforgettable. Angela owns a big collection of CDs, and we had some fun choosing the soundtrack for our romantic evening.

The cabin itself, though small, is perfectly cozy, equipped with a bathroom and a smart TV. Not even the rain that poured on the first night could make it less cozy. If anything, it added to the cabin’s charm. Angela’s personal touch is evident everywhere, from the embroidered towels in the bathroom to the way she carefully sets the table for dinner.
